Heat Retreat sets up sauna + 2 cold plunges right at Buffalo Distilling Company while the party rages. Free entry — no pass or cover needed. Relax inside the distillery between sessions — it's your lounge for the day. Krupnik, craft cocktails, Polish food all day. Live Polka with Special Delivery 7–10 PM.
20th Annual Dyngus Day Parade
Parade starts 5:30 PM
We're riding alongside Buffalo Distilling Company in the parade! Route runs from Memorial Dr. west on Broadway to Fillmore Ave through Buffalo's Historic Polonia District. We'll step out for the parade and then be back at the distillery.
Buffalo's Biggest Polish Celebration
Dyngus Day (Śmigus-Dyngus) is a Polish Easter Monday tradition celebrated with water, pussywillows, polka, and plenty of Krupnik. Buffalo is the Dyngus Day Capital of the World — and the Historic Polonia District comes alive every year.
The 20th Annual Dyngus Day Parade is a celebration of civic and ethnic pride — floats, fire trucks, polka bands, and families strolling through the neighborhood. It's one of Buffalo's most beloved traditions.
