Wellness Shared is
Amplified Healing
Bring Heat Retreat to your organization, yoga studio, gym, wellness center, or community gathering. Donation-based options available.
The Sauna as a
Great Equalizer
Our core values are Community & Connection. We believe that wellness shared is amplified healing—and the sauna creates a unique space for that to happen.
"The sauna provides the 'social lubricant' that alcohol does in pubs—but without the downs. Instead of waking up with a hangover, you wake feeling healthy, rested, and creatively inspired."
The heat and novelty of the sauna breaks down barriers. It's a place where everyone is equal, where vulnerability is shared, and where real connection happens naturally.
