Our Intent

Wellness in the Witnessing

Many of us are feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, and exhausted by global and local crises, including genocide abroad and the local immigration system. Wellness is not a solution to humanitarian catastrophe, but taking care of ourselves helps us stay present and connected.

We want to support each other in the witnessing of collective suffering, not at the expense of it. Come reset your nervous system and connect with community in nature.

Save Your Spot

Spots are limited for this first gathering. Register by emailing us, and send $30 via Venmo to secure your spot. A sliding scale is available — contact us if cost is a barrier.

We'd really appreciate your feedback afterward as we figure out what this could become.

Most importantly, come as you are. The intention is to create a little space to slow down, reconnect, and be in community, without pretending that wellness exists separately from everything happening around us.
