About the Parade
Buffalo Pride Parade
The Buffalo Pride Parade is one of Western New York's most joyful annual celebrations — a march of community, color, love, and affirmation through the streets of Buffalo.
Organized by Buffalo Pride, the parade brings together thousands of marchers, organizations, families, friends, and allies in a shared expression of identity, celebration, and community belonging.
We are honored to participate — not as hosts, but as part of this community.

How We're Showing Up
WNY Heat Retreat isn't organizing the Pride Parade — we're in it. As community members, as a wellness company rooted in human connection, and as a crew that believes sauna is for everybody.

At its core, what we do — gathering around heat and cold together — is about presence, vulnerability, and human connection. These are values that feel especially at home at Pride.
Sauna has always been a place where walls come down. You can't wear armor in a 180°F sauna. There's something radical about that — being simply, fully present with other humans. That's what we believe in. That's what Pride celebrates too.

Wood-Fired Mobile Sauna
Traditional Finnish sauna — heat up to 180°F. Deeply warming, grounding, and restorative after a big day.

Cold Plunge
Cold immersion for nervous system reset, energy restoration, and the best natural high there is.
Post-parade access would be free and open to all — no ticket, no reservations. Just show up, sign a waiver, and step in.
