The Self-Care Expo (Fall Edition) featuring Jordyn's Light Family Fun Day & Raffle Extravaganza takes over DFK Pavilion and Lincoln Park Arena in Tonawanda — a full experience where self-care, family fun, and purpose come together in one space.
Shop wellness vendors, enjoy food and a cozy fire pit, join hands-on workshops, bring the kids for family fun, and step outside to heat up and cool down with WNY Heat Retreat's mobile sauna + cold plunge. All raffle proceeds support Jordyn's Light Inc., in honor of Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month.

Heat & Cold — Outdoors
WNY Heat Retreat is setting up the mobile wood-burning sauna and cold plunge stations outside — available all day, with two guided sauna rituals at 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Come and go between workshops, shopping, and food, or just spend the afternoon in the heat and cold cycle.
