What is WNY Heat Retreat?

WNY Heat Retreat offers premium mobile wood-fired sauna and cold plunge rentals delivered across Western New York. Book your private wellness retreat today.

How much is a sauna for a bachelorette or bachelor party?

The sauna is $300 for a 24-hour rental, $500 for a two-day weekend and $999 for a full week. Delivery, setup, firewood and a tutorial are included, and the Premium Party Package lounge setup is a $250 add-on.

Can you deliver to our Airbnb or rental house?

Yes, as long as the host or owner approves. Send us the address when you book and we will plan the delivery and parking — lake houses and long driveways sometimes need a little coordination, so tell us what you are working with.

How many people fit, and what if our group is bigger?

Four to six people at a time, up to 8 socially, and bigger groups rotate through in rounds. It works well for a 10 to 30 person weekend group.

Do guests need to sign a waiver?

Yes — everyone using the sauna completes our online health waiver first. We send the link when you book so the group can knock it out before the weekend.

Can we drink in the sauna?

We recommend keeping alcohol out of the hot room — it is a hot, dehydrating space and that is where people get into trouble. Most groups do a couple of rounds first and keep the drinks for between or after.

Can we play music, and can we add a cold plunge?

Your own speaker works fine outside, and a cold plunge tub can be added at booking — the Premium Party Package includes two. We need a level spot with room to back the trailer in, roughly 20 feet long by 10 feet wide.

Why it works for the group weekend

A real plan that is not another bar

Sauna, plunge, cool off, repeat. It gives the group something to do together that everyone can join in on.

Two sessions from one delivery

A 24-hour rental covers the night-of sauna and the next-morning session. The weekend rental runs Friday evening through Sunday.

Spa photos, not trailer photos

The Premium Party Package adds two cold plunges, a tent, beanbag seating, astro turf, lit evergreens and terry robes for the group.

We bring it to your rental house

We set up where the group is staying — just get the host or owner’s okay first and we will handle delivery and parking.
