What is WNY Heat Retreat?

WNY Heat Retreat offers premium mobile wood-fired sauna and cold plunge rentals delivered across Western New York. Book your private wellness retreat today.

How much does a sauna party cost?

The sauna is $300 for a 24-hour rental, $500 for a two-day weekend and $999 for a full week. Delivery, setup, firewood and a tutorial are included. The Premium Party Package lounge setup is a $250 add-on, and a cold plunge tub can be added at booking.

How many guests can use it?

Four to six people fit comfortably at a time, or up to 8 socially. Larger parties simply rotate through in rounds, so a group of 20 or 30 works over an afternoon or evening.

Do guests need to sign anything?

Yes — every guest should complete our online health waiver before getting in. It takes a couple of minutes on a phone, and we send you the link when you book.

Can we have food and drinks at the party?

Absolutely. Most hosts set up food and drinks right next to the sauna. Keep water moving while guests are in the heat, and take it easy with alcohol — it is a hot room, so most groups save the drinks for between or after their rounds.

What do you need from us for setup?

A relatively level spot with room to back the trailer in, roughly 20 feet long by 10 feet wide. We confirm the spot with you before delivery day.

Can you deliver to a park or a venue?

Yes — parks, farms, venues and backyards anywhere in Western New York. Check with the property or venue first so they know the sauna is coming, then we coordinate the delivery and parking.

Why groups book the sauna

Heat and cold, right in the yard

Guests move between the wood-fired sauna and an optional cold plunge tub — the contrast that makes a backyard party feel like a real wellness day.

Built for groups

The sauna fits 4 to 6 people comfortably, or up to 8 socially, and guests cycle through in their own rounds. No schedule, no sign-up sheet.

Add the lounge setup

Pair it with the Premium Party Package: two cold plunge tubs, a 10x10 tent, beanbag seating, astro turf, lit evergreens and terry robes.

Rain, shine or first snowfall

It is a wood-fired cabin on a trailer, so the party keeps going in any weather. Book the weekend rate and get two full days out of one delivery.
