What does it cost to add a sauna to a wedding weekend?

The sauna is $300 for 24 hours, $500 for a two-day weekend and $999 for a full week, with delivery, setup, firewood and a tutorial included. The weekend rental is the popular choice for weddings because you get the welcome party and the day-after session from one delivery.

Do you need power or water?

The sauna is off-grid on a wood-fired Kuuma stove, so it does not need plumbing. Tell us what your venue offers and we will confirm exactly what the setup needs before the day.

Will you work with our venue and planner?

Yes. We coordinate delivery, placement and pickup with the venue and your planner. Most venues simply need to approve the parking spot and the timing.

How many guests can use it?

Four to six at a time, up to 8 socially, rotating through in rounds — which is why the sauna works well as an all-day element rather than a scheduled activity.

Do guests need to sign a waiver?

Yes — everyone using the sauna completes our online health waiver first. We send a link you can share with guests ahead of the weekend.

What space do you need, and can you set up at a farm or estate?

Farms, private estates, backyards and venues across Western New York are all fine. We need a level spot with room to back the trailer in, roughly 20 feet long by 10 feet wide.

The sauna is a 12' x 6' trailer with a cedar interior and an off-grid wood-fired Kuuma stove, so it works in a backyard, at a farm, or out at a trailhead. Cold plunge, birch whisks and the Premium Party Package can be added at booking.
