Corporate Sauna & Team Wellness in Western New York
Bring a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge to your team — a staff wellness day, a client event, a retreat, or recovery after practice. We handle delivery, setup and the walkthrough, so you can point people at it and let it do its thing.
What we set up for teams
On site, wherever you meet
Your office lot, a park, a farm, or the venue you have booked. We deliver across Western New York and set up before people arrive.
Self-guided or facilitated
Choose a self-guided setup with clear instructions, or a facilitated session where a guide leads the heat and cold rounds for the group.
A steady flow of people
Guests rotate through 4 to 6 at a time in short rounds, so a team of 20 to 30 moves through comfortably over an afternoon.
Recovery for athletic teams
Sports and training groups can add the cold plunge and go heat-to-cold back to back after practice.
