What is WNY Heat Retreat?

WNY Heat Retreat offers premium mobile wood-fired sauna and cold plunge rentals delivered across Western New York. Book your private wellness retreat today.

How much does a sauna rental cost in Niagara Falls?

A 1-day rental is $300 (24 hours), a 2-day weekend rental is $500 (48 hours), and a full week is $999. Delivery, setup, firewood and a full tutorial are included in every rental.

Do you deliver to Niagara County?

Yes — Niagara Falls, Lewiston, Youngstown, Lockport, North Tonawanda, Wheatfield, Grand Island, Sanborn, Ransomville, Wilson, Newfane and the lakeshore towns are all inside our delivery area. The trailer needs a level spot with room to back it in, roughly 20 feet long by 10 feet wide.

We host a short-term rental. Can you set the sauna up for our guests?

Yes. Hosts usually book it for a specific guest group — a bachelorette weekend, a family reunion or a milestone birthday — and we coordinate delivery, parking and pickup with you and the property owner. Send us the dates and the address when you reach out.

Can you set up at a hotel, campground or commercial property?

Yes, with the property’s approval. Send us the location and dates and we will confirm the setup with them before delivery.

How many people fit in the sauna?

Four to six guests fit comfortably, or up to 8 people socially. It is a 12 foot by 6 foot trailer with a cedar interior.

Can we book a sauna for a Falls weekend or family visit?

That is what the weekend rate is for: delivered Friday evening and picked up Sunday afternoon, so your visitors get a sauna both nights. A week-long rental works for longer stays.

Hosts book the sauna for a guest group — a bachelorette weekend, a family reunion or a milestone birthday — and we handle delivery, setup and pickup.
